Skydiver Helps Elks Rodeo Get an Early Jump on America's 250th Anniversary Celebration

The Santa Maria Elks Rodeo is celebrating America's 250th anniversary with patriotic tributes, including a giant American flag parachute jump by Brian Naiman. - Brian Naiman, a skydiver with over 5,000 jumps, performs the flag jump at each of the five rodeo performances.
