A new wine bar and taproom, Owl & The Vine, is opening in late summer 2026 in the former Walter Hansel Wine & Bistro space on Guerneville Road in west Santa Rosa. - The business is owned by Lawrence and Stephanie Bondulich, who also run Bin 71 and The Owl's Tail in New York City.
