'Vacation House of Horrors': Oakhurst Rental Owner Arrested for Secretly Filming Guests

A rental property owner in Oakhurst, California, has been arrested for secretly filming his guests, leading to the discovery of extensive child sexual abuse material. Christian Parmalee Edwards, 44, was caught recording 10-15 women and at least one child without their knowledge or consent.

Investigators seized 30 devices with over 4,000 illicit files and found new children's underwear, suggesting potential escalation. Edwards faces one felony count; his bail was reduced, and authorities fear his sentence may be minimal.
