NCS Playoffs: Eureka, Del Norte Softball Seasons End

The Eureka and Del Norte softball teams have concluded their seasons after being eliminated from the North Coast Section (NCS) playoffs. The Eureka Loggers faced a tough opponent in their final game, while the Del Norte Warriors also saw their postseason run come to an end.

Both teams demonstrated strong effort throughout the season, but were unable to advance further in the tournament. The NCS playoffs, held in late May 2026, featured competitive matchups across Humboldt County.

Eureka and Del Norte players and coaches expressed pride in their teams' accomplishments and looked forward to building on this year's experience. The conclusion of the playoffs marks the end of the high school softball season for these North Coast programs.
