The Hamilton Branch Firebelles volunteer support group has announced two upcoming events to benefit the Hamilton Branch Fire Protection District: a luncheon on June 25 and a pancake breakfast on June 27. Both events will take place at the Hamilton Branch firehouse, located at 3791 Big Springs Road in Lake Almanor, on the east shore of Plumas County.
The luncheon on Thursday, June 25, will celebrate America's 250th birthday with a festive lunch, a bake sale, door prizes, and additional activities. Doors open at 11:00 a.m., with lunch service beginning at noon.
Tickets can be purchased by contacting Pat at 530-249-0942 or Cheryl at 530-545-0008.
The annual pancake breakfast, scheduled for Saturday, June 27, will run from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Organizers invite the community to join in honoring the retirement of local volunteer firefighters who have dedicated years of service.
All proceeds from both events will support the Hamilton Branch Fire Protection District, which provides essential fire, emergency medical, and rescue services to Hamilton Branch and the east shore of Lake Almanor. The community is encouraged to attend and show their appreciation for the volunteers who protect the area.
