County Breaks Ground on Valencia Fire Station

Los Angeles County officials broke ground on Fire Station 46 in Valencia, a new facility aimed at enhancing emergency response in the Santa Clarita Valley. - The 13,341-square-foot station will be net-zero energy and include two apparatus bays, a reserve unit barn, and dormitory space for up to 10 personnel.

- Supervisor Kathryn Barger and Fire Department Chief Deputy Jon O'Brien led the groundbreaking ceremony. - The station will house Engine and Paramedic Squad 46, improving response times for the growing community.
