A.K. Smiley Public Library in Redlands is hosting a summer reading program with a bingo game, free lunches for children, and weekly entertainment.
- The Summer Reading Game uses a bingo card with reading challenges and activities. - Free lunches for children 18 and under are served Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:45 a.m.
to noon in Smiley Park. - Ventriloquist Joe Gandelman performs at 10 a.m.
and 2 p.m. on select days.
- Additional events include a sustainability booth, mini-farmer's market, and therapy dog visits. The program runs through August and also includes teen and adult reading activities.
