Pokewaves is expanding to Isla Vista, near UCSB, with a second location at 901 Embarcadero Del Mar. Owner Shu Du, inspired by student feedback, will retain the original menu featuring bluefin ahi tuna and Scottish salmon.
The grand opening is set for late June to early July 2026. The existing Calle Real location may be sold or partnered.
