LTCC Hosts 2nd Annual Coyote Country Steak Cookoff June 6

Lake Tahoe Community College will host the 2nd Annual Coyote Country Steak Cookoff on Saturday, June 6, from noon to 6 p.m. on its South Lake Tahoe campus, with an awards ceremony at 7 p.m.

- The event features BBQ teams from multiple states, local chefs, and LTCC Culinary Arts students operating food and beverage stations. - Competition categories include mocktails, appetizers, wings, two steak divisions, and pork ribs.

- Admission is $25 per person (free for LTCC and Lake Tahoe Unified School District students) and includes four food coupons. - Proceeds fund student scholarships and future opportunities.
