UC Santa Cruz Celebrates Over 3,200 Graduates at Commencement Ceremonies

UC Santa Cruz is celebrating 2,921 undergraduates and 350 graduate students during commencement ceremonies from June 12-15, 2026, at the Upper East Field. - Ceremonies are organized by residential college, with a graduate division ceremony and two special celebrations: the Baskin School of Engineering and the Chicane Latiné Year-End Celebration.

- Most ceremonies last 90 minutes; the Baskin celebration and dual-college ceremonies run 120 minutes. - Parking is at East Remote Parking Lot 104 with required permits; Santa Cruz Metro offers free bus service on routes 11, 18, 19, and 20.

- Prohibited items include weapons, signs, banners, large flags, noisemakers, and alcohol. The university advises attendees to arrive an hour early and expects traffic delays; staff are encouraged to work from home.
