Sarah York Rubin, Executive Director of the Santa Barbara County Office of Arts & Culture, highlighted the unrestricted nature of the funding. Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m.
on June 1. Artists in the tri-counties region are encouraged to apply before the deadline to secure funding for their creative projects.
