Three men, including a nurse, have been charged with felonies after an undercover police sting in which an officer posed as a 13-year-old boy on a dating app. - Martin Capati, 31, of Mountain View; Jin Wang, 63, of Fremont; and Anish Dutt, 48, of Hayward and San Leandro, face charges of arranging a sexual meeting with a minor and communicating with a minor for lewd purposes.
- Capati, a registered nurse, faces license revocation by the California Attorney General's office due to the allegations and a prior drunk driving conviction. - The men allegedly engaged in sexually explicit conversations with the undercover officer and were arrested when they arrived for meetings.
The arrests occurred on April 28 in separate investigations, and all three have been released from jail.
