SLO County Still Counting Tens of Thousands of Ballots

San Luis Obispo County is still counting tens of thousands of ballots a week after the June 2 primary election. - Approximately 58,000 votes have been counted, with 48,000 remaining.

- About 45,000 ballots are clean and ready for processing; 3,000 are provisional or need remaking. - Most ballots arrived late, limiting pre-processing before Election Day.
