Self-Service Sundays Expand to Two More Contra Costa Libraries

The Contra Costa County Library system is expanding its Self-Service Sundays program to Pittsburg and San Pablo libraries starting June 7. The program allows patrons to access library services on Sundays with advance sign-up.

Additionally, the library system is launching its Summer Reading program, continuing Lunch at the Library, and hosting various events. - Self-Service Sundays now at Concord, Pittsburg, and San Pablo libraries from 12-5 p.m.

on Sundays. - Summer Reading runs June 1 to August 1, with passports and online challenges for prizes.

- Lunch at the Library provides free meals to students at seven libraries. - Events include Pride Month activities, tutoring expansion, and family programs.

The library system continues to offer diverse programs to support literacy, nutrition, and community engagement throughout the summer.
