San Diego County public health officials have issued a warning about Nara Organics Whole Milk Organic Infant Formula, which has been linked to a multi-state infant botulism outbreak. - The recall covers all lots sold online and at Target stores from July 2025 to June 2026.

- Cases have been reported in California, Pennsylvania, and Washington. - Symptoms in infants include constipation, poor feeding, weak crying, and trouble breathing.

Parents are urged to discard or return the product and seek medical care if symptoms appear.
