Riverside Names Acting City Manager After Futrell's Resignation

Riverside has appointed Edward Enriquez as acting city manager after Mike Futrell resigned during a closed council session. The transition follows a claim filed by Futrell's wife against the city.

Mayor Lock Dawson confirmed the change and announced a new city attorney. The city will also appoint an Inspector General soon.
