Jesus Gonzalez-Arteaga, 45, of Oxnard, was sentenced to life in prison without parole plus 91 years for the continuous sexual abuse and rape of a child. The abuse occurred from 2018 to 2024, when the victim was between 6 and 11 years old.
The jury found true special allegations including great bodily injury. The defendant showed no remorse and blamed the victim.
