A new large-scale sculpture by Mark di Suvero has been installed on UC Berkeley's Crescent Lawn as part of the BAMPFA collection. - The artwork, 'Mamma Mobius,' is inspired by the Möbius strip and made of orange-red steel.
- It joins sculptures by Alexander Calder and Arnaldo Pomodoro on the lawn. - Other campus artworks include pieces by Bruce Beasley and Richard Hunt.
The installation enhances UC Berkeley's public art landscape, blending art with the university's scientific and engineering heritage.
