A homicide suspect has been arrested in Grass Valley. - Seth Cotten, 33, is the primary suspect in the murder of Jeremy Norton, 45, found dead on April 11.
- Cotten also faces attempted murder charges for a shooting on April 3 that injured a second victim. - He surrendered peacefully on May 18 after a multi-agency operation on Lower Colfax Road.
