A multi-agency investigation in Yuba County resulted in the arrest of a gang member and the seizure of an illegally modified firearm. Detectives served a search warrant on Fernwood Drive in Marysville on April 18, 2026.
They recovered a Glock handgun equipped with a device that converts it to fully automatic fire. 18-year-old Issac Pearce, a documented gang member, was arrested on multiple firearm charges.
Pearce was also booked on a separate Yuba City Police Department warrant for attempted murder. The collaborative effort between the Yuba County Sheriff's Office and Yuba City PD removed a dangerous, illegally modified weapon from the community.
