Roxanne Helus, a Manteca daycare owner, pleaded guilty to felony child endangerment, involuntary manslaughter, and DUI in the death of a five-month-old infant. - Helus began drinking at 4 a.m.

on April 22, 2025, while caring for six children. - She drove two children to school intoxicated and ordered over $100 of alcohol for delivery.
