Keena Turner Inducted into 49ers Hall of Fame After Heart Surgery

Keena Turner, four-time Super Bowl champion and longtime 49ers executive, will be inducted into the team's Hall of Fame on Oct. 19 during a Monday Night Football game against Washington.

- Turner, 67, played all 11 NFL seasons with the 49ers, recording 562 tackles, 19.5 sacks, and 11 interceptions. - He credits a mandatory team physical with detecting an aortic aneurysm that required surgery in 2023.

- Turner is the 34th inductee and will have a statue in the team museum at Levi's Stadium. The induction ceremony will take place at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, honoring Turner's contributions both on and off the field.
