Judge Reduces Bail to $565,000 for Baker City Rape Suspect

A judge has reduced the bail for Eric Vincent Swanlund, a Baker City man accused of raping a 15-year-old girl, from $750,000 to $565,000. Swanlund remains in jail as his attorney argues he cannot afford bail.
