A head-on collision on State Route 1 in Ventura County Saturday afternoon left a passenger with major injuries and led to a DUI arrest. - A 45-year-old Oxnard man driving a Honda Accord crossed into southbound lanes, hitting a Tesla.
- The 44-year-old passenger was airlifted with major injuries; the driver was arrested for DUI. - The Tesla driver suffered minor injuries; the investigation is ongoing.
