Combs, 40, of Grover Beach, is the suspect. - Over 50 videos were found on his electronics, recorded from January to December 2025.
- Police have identified 23 victims so far, with more than 20 others yet to be identified. - The case will be submitted to the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney's Office for charges.
