Vanya Weng, a former software engineer, started Kirana Bakehouse in Menlo Park, offering made-to-order sourdough loaves with unique flavors. - The bakery uses a sourdough starter named Albus, created at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.

- Loaves undergo 24-30 hours of cold bulk fermentation for flavor and freshness. - Flavors include everything seasoning, basil pesto, cheddar jalapeƱo, strawberry white chocolate, and seasonal options.

- Prices range from $12-$16, with a 25% discount for local college students. Weng aims to build community through her bread, delivering to Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Atherton.
