A former Menlo-Atherton High School secretary has filed a lawsuit against the Sequoia Union High School District, alleging racial discrimination and retaliation. - Ofa Taimani, who worked at the school since 2015, filed the suit on April 25 in San Mateo County Superior Court.

- The lawsuit names Superintendent Crystal Leach, Principal Karl Losekoot, and other administrators. - Taimani claims she was falsely accused of leaking confidential information while on maternity leave, leading to a panic attack and medical leave.
