A brush fire that began in Mexico has crossed into San Diego County near Dulzura, burning 50 acres in the U.S. and over 400 acres in Mexico.
- The fire started Monday near Rancho Las Uvas and the border fence between Tijuana and Tecate. - Cal Fire deployed two helicopters and two air tankers to assist 50 firefighters on the U.S.
