Bay Area real estate mogul Ken Mattson has reversed his decision to plead guilty to federal fraud charges, according to a letter from U.S. Attorney Craig H.

Missakian. - Mattson will not plead guilty on June 15, 2026, and will maintain his not guilty plea.
