San Diego police arrested 22-year-old Conrad Waldron after a fatal stabbing near the downtown courthouse early Monday. The victim, a man in his 30s or 40s, died at the hospital.
A separate self-inflicted death was also investigated. - The stabbing occurred just after midnight on C Street near the courthouse.
