San Joaquin County voters will decide candidates for two State Assembly seats in the June 2 primary. - District 13: Incumbent Democrat Rhodesia Ransom faces Republicans Tom Patti and Ali Jafri, and no-party-preference candidate Eliza Dy.

Polls open at 7 a.m. with 130 locations and 27 drop boxes.
